Upon entering the water in the starter need to distribute according to need or have rights over the waters. I mean if I have 1 Straw (unit of measure, about 3,8 liters / minute if I remember correctly)the starter will have a different cauchil holes allow the output of that particular flow and other flow-straws as needed will be distributing.
